INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

As Arkel Elektrik Elektronik A.Ş, in accordance with TS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System practices;

  • Ensuring the integration of Information Security Management System requirements into Arkel processes,
  • Complying with applicable legal regulations and standards within the scope of information security, fulfilling obligations arising from agreements, and meeting information security requirements arising from corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders,
  • Ensuring that information assets stored physically or digitally within the organization’s premises are accessed only by authorized employees or individuals and securing such access,
  • Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets,
  • Protecting Arkel’s reliability and reputation in information security,
  • Establishing an organization capable of responding to emergencies in the shortest and most effective way within information security processes and ensuring its effectiveness,
  • Providing training to enhance employees’ competencies and increase their awareness of information security,
  • Guiding and supporting employees to contribute to the effectiveness of the Information Security Management System,
  • Reducing the carbon footprint to support environmental sustainability and minimizing environmental impact by using energy-efficient technologies and optimizing digital processes,
  • Continuously improving the performance of the management system by effectively managing information security risks and opportunities,
  • Ensuring the provision of necessary resources for the Information Security Management System.
